Google Resources, How To Navigate The Buzz
Hey guys,
So, as i’ve always professed, Google’s “Dont’ be Evil” mantra still exists today and I must say that despite all those who love and hate them, i do believe they follow this.
Couple weeks ago I announced to my email list that Google was launching the Google Webmaster Central Channel on youtube. Durring this time since I told you that and the updates have been setup, there’s been quite a bit developed on there.

For those that forgot the address.. They answer questions that burn within the hearts & souls of many… Like, Do site load times have an impact on google rankings, or.. Is google moving to AJAX…
Truth is that some of this is answered with the standard corporate beaureaucracy that has to be used by any business to maintain the fine line walk between happy customers and happy company. Like the AJAX answer…
Are we switching to AJAX? Maybe… We’re testing it! We test everything.
They’ve said that for every major launch though.. But much of the info in Matt’s Grab bag and a bunch of others are quite useful and entertaining to know.
Matt interestingly enough opened the never ending debate of “content” vs “links” in one video I found entertaining but left me still questioning the situation.
At the end of the day quality content rules as per usual, and that’s easier to build links to than any other method.
